We are in the Big Apple

A long flight direct from Auckland to New York 16.5 hours. Easy and very fast entry into the USA but one of our team left their Little Apple on the plane. Air NZ to the rescue and the iPad was found and handed over to a very relieved Anne.

GnG go cruising with Viking. New York to Bergen, Norway

We have been waiting for so long and finally our departure to New York and boarding the good ship Viking Star is getting very close. A cruising holiday is a first for us and we are keen to get started.

Our ship is Viking Star. Maximum number of passengers is 930. Sounds big but compared to some cruise ships that have 3000 to 4000 passengers it is quite small.

We are looking forward to departing New York on our journey very soon.
